Absolutely brilliant service! We booked the Gold Package for our 2BHK in Model Town before Diwali and the team was incredibly thorough. The kitchen was degreased perfectly, the sofas came out looking brand new, and even the balcony tiles were scrubbed clean. The team arrived on time and finished in about 5 hours. We had just moved into our new flat in Sarabha Nagar and needed a thorough move-in cleaning. Urban Safai did a fantastic job — every corner of the house was spotless. The bathrooms had hard water stains from being vacant, and they managed to remove them completely. The kitchen was sanitised so well that we felt comfortable cooking from day one. Five stars all the way!

Got my 3-seater fabric sofa and a 6x4 carpet cleaned. The sofa looks and smells fresh — they even managed to get out an old tea stain I thought was permanent. The carpet cleaning was decent but one corner still had a slight shadow from a pet stain. Overall very happy with the service and the team was polite and professional. Would definitely book again.

Booked the AC cleaning for all 3 units in our house in Dugri before summer. The technician was very knowledgeable — he explained that one of our ACs had low gas and also showed us a dirty filter that was affecting airflow. The cooling improved dramatically after the service. Very professional and the pricing was transparent. No hidden charges!

They even took before and after photos. The water quality improved noticeably. Only minor issue was they arrived 30 minutes late, but they called ahead to inform. Good service overall.

Called Urban Safai for pest control at our restaurant in Civil Lines. The treatment was thorough and the gel-based cockroach control in the kitchen area has been very effective. They used odourless chemicals so our customers weren't disturbed. It's been 3 months and we haven't seen any pests. We've now signed up for quarterly treatments. Professional and reliable!

Got a deep cleaning of 2 bathrooms done. The hard water stains on the shower glass were significantly reduced and the tiles looked much brighter. The anti-fungal treatment was a nice touch — the grout lines look visibly cleaner. Took about 90 minutes for both bathrooms. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the price feels slightly high for bathrooms alone. Otherwise, excellent work!

Booked the sanitisation service for our entire home after a family member recovered from flu. The fogging was done in every room — even the cupboards and behind the sofa. The whole process took about 45 minutes and we could enter the house within 30 minutes. No chemical smell at all, which surprised us. The sanitisation certificate was a thoughtful touch. Felt much safer knowing the house was disinfected.

Got our villa in BRS Nagar cleaned — it's a large property so the team sent 5 people. They cleaned all rooms, bathrooms, the terrace, and even the driveway. The kitchen deep cleaning was the highlight — the chimney looks like new. The only feedback I'd give is to pay a bit more attention to the garden pathway area. But overall, very satisfied with the service and would recommend to other villa owners in Ludhiana.
